CRC Coloured Zinc’s unique formulation combines superior rust inhibiting properties of zinc with a tough but flexible enamel coating and a coloured gloss finish in recognised safety colours.
High levels of anti-corrosive zinc complexes are embedded in a resin system which forms a quick-drying highly-protective enamel coating with excellent adhesion to bare metal.
CRC Coloured Zinc provides a gloss top-coat finish but unlike standard paint systems, resists undercutting and blistering from corrosion by forming an effective corrosion barrier.
For ultimate protection, prime the metal surface with CRC Zinc It prior to applying CRC Coloured Zinc. To achieve a high film build, use CRC Prep It as an intermediate coat if required.
Ongoing protection can be achieved through simple re-coating after 3 years, depending on conditions. Protection in extreme conditions may require re-application more frequently.

CRC Zinc It offers the same advantages as hot-dip galvanising by forming a highly-protective coating with 95% highest purity zinc on bare steel or iron surfaces. It is ideal for repairing damaged galvanised surfaces or as a convenient and easy-to-apply alternative if hot-dip galvanising is not available.
The zinc particles fuse directly to clean metal and form an electro-chemical bond that – due to sacrificial anodisation of zinc – stops rust and rust creepage, even when scratched, abraded or dented.

It protects for up to 2 years when exposed to severe salt spray conditions.

CRC CO Contact Cleaner
CRC CO Contact Cleaner is a plastic-safe general-purpose evaporating cleaner and degreaser for use on sensitive electronic and electrical equipment. It is formulated to quickly penetrate into hard-to-reach areas and effectively flush away carbon deposits, dirt, light oils, dust, lint and other light contaminants.
CRC CO Contact Cleaner as part of a regular maintenance programme will eliminate carbon deposits and other contaminants that hold moisture and cause corrosion or arcing. An increase in resistance will indicate the frequency of re-application.

CRC 2.26 is a plastic safe lubricant, penetrant, cleaner and corrosion inhibitor that helps prevent electrical malfunction caused by water penetration, humidity, condensation or corrosion and restores electrical properties after water damage. Non-flammable and silicone-free.
As part of a preventative maintenance programme, CRC 2.26 prevents 80% of all electrical failures by protecting equipment from moisture and corrosion. A thin residual film with light lubricating properties seals out moisture and provides long-lasting protection for electrical equipment even in difficult environmental conditons.
In flood and water damaged equipment, CRC 2.26 displaces moisture and restores resistance values, stops short circuits, current leakage and arcing. Its unique viscosity allows for deep penetration into the surface for complete moisture elimination.
